Note: Due to equipment limitations, tandem students must weigh no more than 230 pounds. Tandems are scheduled most weekends throughout the jumping season. Training and the jump itself require approximately 90 minutes. However, scheduled times are only approximate. Therefore, tandem students should allow at least three hours after their scheduled jump times for completion of the jump. |

Note: The Des Moines Skydivers cannot guarantee the availability of a freefall cameraman for any particular jump. The unavailability of a cameraman, even if requested in advance, will not be considered grounds for cancellation of a Tandem or AFF jump. |

Note: All Des Moines Skydivers' student parachutes are equipped with Automatic Activation Devices (AADs). Pursuant to the United States Parachute Association Basic Safety Requirements, all jumpers must use gear equipped with an AAD until they have obtained their A (Basic) License. |
